Meet the Therapists at Insightful Life

Insightful Life is home to a growing community of thoughtful, values-led therapists. Each practitioner works independently from our beautiful rooms, bringing their own unique training, style and specialisms to the work they offer.

You can learn more about each therapist below – including how they work, who they support and how to get in touch.

If you are unsure which therapist is right for you, please get in touch and someone will get back to you within 48 hours with contact details of the therapists who may be best placed to support you.

Please note: All therapists listed here work independently and manage their own referrals, availability and therapeutic approach. At this time, Insightful Life provides the shared space, not centralised booking.

Lyndsey she/her

Integrative Psychotherapist & Founder of Insightful Life

Lyndsey works with individuals through an existential and trauma-informed lens, with a particular focus on identity, meaning and the stories we carry from childhood. She’s especially interested in supporting parents, care-experienced people, those who’ve experienced sexual abuse and those navigating the impacts of early trauma, with particular focus on dissociation and trauma-related responses.

Sessions with her often involve metaphor, objects and somatic focusing – not just talking about feelings but tuning into where and how they live in the body.
